Sizing & Fit
Here you'll find answers to the questions our customers ask most often about how our pieces size and fit.
Our goal is to offer you the best-fitting bras, so getting your size right is the very first step. Head over to our fit-guide page to pin down the perfect size for you.
If the item you ordered isn't a good fit, please reach out to us as soon as you can.
So we can assist you as best as possible, share a detailed description of what's wrong with the item. A few photos would help us a lot too!
We focus exclusively on petite sizing. Unfortunately we aren't able to offer plus size bras. Our apologies!
Orders
Here are a few of the questions we hear most often about orders.
Orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours. A tracking number reaches your inbox within 48 hours. Give the tracking link a little time to refresh the latest status of your shipment.
You'll get a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order.
Entered the wrong address? E-mail us within 12 hours of placing your order. Include your order number and full name, and we'll do our best to update the address as long as the package hasn't shipped yet.
Delivery times run from 2 to 9 business days depending on your location. Follow your track and trace code to stay in the loop.
We know plans shift and you might need to cancel. Keep in mind, though, that our fulfillment runs automatically to keep delivery fast, so moving quickly matters. Here's how it plays out:
- If your order hasn't been processed yet:
As long as it hasn't entered the automated system, we'll cancel it at no cost. Since most orders are processed within only a few hours, reach out right away to request a cancellation. - If your order has already been processed or shipped:
Once it's in the automated system or on its way, we can no longer cancel it. You'll need to send the item back to us after it arrives, and we'll issue your refund as soon as the return reaches us.

Yes — orders can be sent back within 14 days of being placed. The item needs to be unused and in like-new condition with all tags still attached. For the full details, please review our refund policy.
Simply reach out to us to start a return. Send over your order number, your full name, and a clear description of what's wrong with the product.
If your item isn't quite right and you'd like to swap it, just get in touch. Let us know what's wrong, which item you'd like in its place, and include your order number along with your full name.
Once your item arrives back at our warehouse, processing takes about 3–5 business days. If everything checks out against our guidelines, your money is refunded within 3 business days.
