Common Return Reasons and Solutions

Defective / Manufacturing Issues

Should the item arrive defective or have a quality flaw, we'll ship you a replacement at no cost.

The Product Does Not Fit

If a piece doesn't fit right, one of our dedicated fit advisors will personally help you swap it for a better size.

Changed Your Mind?

Every item may be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Keep in mind that any return shipping costs will be covered by you.

Wrong Item Received (Wrong / Missing Item from the Package)

If the wrong product reaches you, we'll send the correct replacement free of charge.

Damaged Package

Should your package show up damaged, we'll dispatch a replacement at no cost to you.

How to Return Your Order

To send back all or part of an order, simply work through the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Write to us at cherrieslavieenrose@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to start a return. Please add your order number along with the reason for sending it back.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, making sure every accessory and piece is included.
  3. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address we provide, then pass the tracking number along to our support team.
  4. Refund Process: After we receive and check the returned item(s), your refund will be handled within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Return Requirements

Items need to be unworn and returned with their original hangtags still attached.

Damaged Products Upon Arrival

If your item was damaged in transit, please do the following:

  1. Snap clear photos of the damaged item laid flat, capturing both the defect and the label.
  2. Send those photos with a short description of the problem to cherrieslavieenrose@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  3. We'll ship you a replacement free of charge. If the new item is defective as well, we'll issue a full refund.

Return Process: Every return has to be approved by our support team before it ships. Returns sent without authorization can't be accepted.
